Prague Final Ticketing (O/S: tickets on sale from 23rd May) and how are you getting there?
So how are we all getting there? I'm taking a week off and flying to Vienna, then on to Prague and coming back from Berlin. Booked hotel in Prague at start of season just in case.

Ticketing info on the official site already. https://www.whufc.com/news/uefa-europa-conference-league-final-ticket-information

4,890 available. Available from 23 May. Have to buy through UEFA website which does not fill me with joy. It says

"Tickets will be sold in priority order with further details to follow. Each supporter will be allocated a unique access code with a designated timeslot within which to purchase and secure their ticket"

If you haven't registered already with UEFA you have to do so now.

However, I've tried it and if you're U18 it won't let you register for final tickets which is shit (it initially says you have to be 16 but even if you change the year of birth then after registering it says you can't apply for final tickets unless you're 18). So not sure how I can apply for a ticket given one of mine is 15 and a STH with PPs.

What do we reckon it will go down to on points? If all the 4890 tickets are allocated to fans (and not our own corporates etc) then I am guessing about 40 points.

Really wanted to go and did try last night (thanks for the EMA Berlin route I did look)

Wanted to book this last year after Seville, but being superstitious I didn't want to book another final before we got there.. So doubt I'll go

Unfortunately, your application was not successful

We have received a very high number of applications which significantly exceeded the number of tickets available for the 2023 UEFA Europa Conference League Final™. Therefore, in line with the 2023 UEFA Europa Conference League Final™ Ticketing Terms and Conditions, we conducted a lottery to allocate tickets.

We regret to inform you that your ticket application was not successful.

Yes that was for the public ticket ballot wasn't it rather than for WH PP applications.

So far I haven't seen a single person on here or on social media who won the general ticket ballot.

Flying to Bratislava Monday, 1 night stay there, train to Prague, 2 nights, then back on a train to Vienna Thursday and fly home.

Incredibly unlikely to have a ticket, but imagine there will be thousands in the same boat!

Flying from Gatwick to Berlin on the 6th, coach to Prague on the 7th, one night in Prague, then back to Gatwick via Munich.

Straight into Prague on Tuesday morning, back out Thursday afternoon.

Am on the AST and have done a few European games (including last night) so should be fine for a ticket, just slightly on edge that it’s UEFA doing the ticketing - them and West Ham’s ticket office working together seems the perfect storm of bureaucracy and bellends.

Direct to Prague on the Monday, back on the Saturday from Bratislava.

Booked the week off work ages ago, was gonna do a sunshine break if we didn't make it. But we did, Budvar here we come.

Loads of different ways to skin this travel wise. Ostrava, Brno in Czechia. Krakow and Katowice in Poland. Bratislava and Kosice in Slovakia. Vienna, Berlin, Munich, and Nuremberg all have good rail connections with Prague.

They must include the line 'must be a fuckwit retard' on all UEFA application forms. What were they thinking (sorry that word does not come into any action from UEFA or FIFA for that matter) when they chose an 18,000 seater stadium for a European Final. Even if the final was Basel v AZ Alkmar thats Basel with a 33,500 stadium and AZ with 19,500. How can they choose a fucking stadium with capacity less than either of those 'small' European sides. Now West Ham 62,500 and Fiorentina 43,000 in the final.

Can't see any problems at all as there will probably be 50,000 English and Italian football supporters in Prague on one night. Nope no problems whatsoever.

Re: Prague Final Ticketing (O/S: tickets on sale from 23rd May) and how are you getting there?
21,000 capacity.

Fucking madness.

Should have been played in a stadium with 50,000 + capacity.

Still baffles me though why both sides only get 5,000 tickets? Why not give them 10,000 each?

Good luck to all those who regularly go away with getting one. You lot really really deserve this trip for being the best supporters bar none in the world. Always out singing the home support. You lot are massive everywhere you go.

I’ve got no chance as I’ll have nowhere near the amount of PP needed, but I’ll watch with my old dad. Second best thing.

Agree that the choice of stadium is fucking rank. What a pisstake. Prague must have given a nice bung because surely they could take so much more ticket money and easily sell out a 45,000 seater no matter who got to the final.

UEFA did say something to the Daily Mail along the lines of they might give more tickets to both finalists if West Ham qualify from the amount allocated to general sales. It's unclear if they actually went ahead with any ballot at all pre the semi final as 100% of people seem to have been unsuccessful not just here or online. Hoping they'll give us an additional allocation.

5 of us our there, I've got 19pts so unlikely for a ticket. Shame its not in a bigger stadium

General ballot is not over as now Basel and AZ are eliminated, some of their tickets go back in the ballot.

Europa League final 2024 is in Dublin btw. ...Just saying.

Flying to Nuremberg, picking up a rental car to get to Prague, then driving back to Dresden and flying home (via Frankfurt) on the Thursday. Probably won’t get a ticket but who cares really?

Absolutely no chance, there are going to be some top sides in that next season. Getting out the group we be tough imo.
